WENA (Women’s Energy Network Alliance) brings together networks and associations representing women across the energy sector, from oil and gas to renewables, nuclear, and electricity networks.

WENA exists to connect and amplify women’s networks across the UK energy sector, creating a trusted alliance that strengthens collaboration, visibility and collective influence – with no woman left behind. We act as a network of networks: convening, signposting and amplifying the work already happening across the ecosystem, while respecting the independence and identity of every member.
